How to Use Well Traveled
How do I take Well Traveled?
One packet a day.
Mix with 8-16 oz of water and stir well.
Regular use (daily or at least 3-4x per week) will yield the best results for immune support and gut health.
If traveling: take 1 day before travel, every day during your trip, and 1 day after returning home.
We recommend taking in the morning for all-day support.

How much water should I mix it with?
We think Well Traveled tastes best when mixed with 8oz of water, but you can mix with 16oz of water or more for a lighter flavor. Find the taste that is right for you!
Diluting with more water will not diminish its effects.
Can I take it on an empty stomach?
Yes, Well Traveled can be taken without food. However, for optimal results, we recommend taking in close proximity to food (before or after eating) as Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and is better absorbed with food.
If you have a sensitive stomach, we recommend taking with food.
Can I take it at night?
Yes. Well Traveled does not contain caffeine or any ingredients that will interfere with your sleep.
Can I mix it with hot water?
Hot water may reduce the viability of the Vitamin C.
However, our other ingredients (BeniCaros, IMMUSE, Vitamin D, Zinc) should be unaffected by the temperature.
We do not encourage mixing Well Traveled with boiling water but warm water (drinkable temperature) should be fine.

What are the ingredients in Well Traveled?
Well Traveled contains 5 active ingredients which support immune function and 4 other ingredients which enhance and stabilize the product.
Active Ingredients:
BeniCaros® prebiotic carrot fiber
IMMUSE™ postbiotic
Vitamin C (from acerola cherry)
Vitamin D3 (from algae)
Zinc (from guava leaf)

Other Ingredients
Chicory Root Inulin: a prebiotic sourced from the roots of chicory plants. Provides mouth feel and is an excellent source of fiber that promotes gut health.
Citric Acid: an organic compound that is the byproduct of fermentation of a fungus. Used to provide our refreshing and fruity taste profile. Boosts mineral absorption and supports energy (ATP) production.
Natural Flavors: flavors derived from natural sources like fruits (in our case, real lemons and oranges are used). Used to enhance flavor.
Stevia Leaf Extract (Rebaudioside A): a natural sweetener isolated from the leaves of stevia plants.
A bit more about citric acid since some may have questions: Citric acid is a natural molecule (C6H8O7) found mostly in citrus fruits. Its mass-produced form is the exact same module (indistinguishable from the natural molecule) and is used to flavor and enhance thousands of products. While we use the mass-produced form of citric acid in our product, we do so because it is safe, studied, and associated with health benefits. We wouldn't use it if we weren't confident in it. If you still have questions, we encourage you to further research the ingredient.

What is Well Traveled?
Well Traveled is a dietary supplement (drink mix) for immune support and gut health.
What makes it different?

Why is it in powder form?
Powder, when mixed with liquid, is absorbed immediately by your body unlike pills, capsules, tablets, or gummies. Your defenses are activated as fast as possible with Well Traveled.
Mixing Well Traveled with water also hydrates you which most people don't do enough while they're on the go.
What gives it its color?
We don't use any artificial colorings or dyes so the color you see is a result of the raw blend of natural ingredients we use.
Why is there residue at the bottom of the glass?
This is completely normal! Not all of our ingredients are water soluble so some residue is expected. Give your water bottle a shake or stir the formula in your glass and the product will evenly distribute again.
What is the shelf-life of the product?
Well Traveled will last for at least 24 months if stored at room temperature and protected from moisture.

Our production facility is in New Jersey. Well Traveled started in and operates out of San Diego, California.

Is it vegan?
Well Traveled is not certified vegan.
Well Traveled contains no animal byproducts and no animal origin ingredients are used at any point in the production process.
However, the heat-killed cells in our postbiotic ingredient are temporarily stored in a beef broth before production begins. PCR tests confirm that there is no presence of beef in the final postbiotic product. Yet, due to this storage method, our product does not meet the strict requirements to be certified vegan in the U.S. It does meet vegan requirements in Europe.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. All of our ingredients have been studied extensively in children and been shown to be safe and effective for children.
Is it safe to consume while pregnant?
Yes. Well Traveled has no ingredients that would affect a pregnancy, but if you are pregnant, we still recommend consulting with your doctor before consuming to ensure it fits with your diet.

For orders over $50:

When will I receive my order?
All of our orders to the continental United States are shipped via Express shipping which has a 2-3 day delivery window. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico have a 2-5 day delivery window.
Some important points about the promised delivery window:
- Orders are shipped out in the late afternoon Eastern time on weekdays (orders are not shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays)
- Orders must be placed before noon Eastern time to be shipped out that same day; orders placed after noon Eastern time are shipped out the next day
- The delivery window begins the day after an order is shipped out
- Sundays are not counted in the delivery window (Monday through Saturday are the only days in which a package moves in transit and is delivered)
Example: An order placed at 2pm Eastern time on Monday with Express (2-3 day) shipping will be shipped out Tuesday afternoon and will be delivered on Thursday or Friday (2-3 days after the day it is shipped out).
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other U.S. territories, military bases, or internationally at this time.
