Subscriptions are eligible for reimbursement after purchase. Get qualified for reimbursement on your future subscription payments by following these steps:

  1. In the order confirmation email you receive for subscription purchases, you will see a link to qualify for reimbursement
  2. Click the link and take a 2-minute health evaluation to determine eligibility
  3. If eligible, TrueMed will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity and detailed instructions on how to get reimbursed

Note: Purchases must be made on or after the date you receive your Letter of Medical Necessity to be eligible for reimbursement (i.e., you cannot reimburse retroactively).

How do I know if TrueMed is for me?

  • TrueMed is for customers for whom the selected product (Well Traveled Immune Activator) has been proven to prevent or reverse a condition you care about. A 2-minute health survey will determine eligibility and take qualified customers to payment.

How long does the approval process take for a customer to get a Letter of Medical Necessity?

  • The intake form is only a few questions. No live consultation with a doctor is required. If eligible, approval is instant. TrueMed will then provide a Letter of Medical Necessity via email.

How long does the Letter of Medical Necessity last?

  • Each Letter is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed. However, if you are making a one-time purchase, you will have to retake the 2-minute health evaluation each time.

[For Subscriptions Only] How do I pay for Well Traveled?

  • You can keep purchasing Well Traveled the same way you always would. Upon approval, TrueMed then provides the documentation to submit with your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA provider. You can either submit claims individually or all at once at the end to the year.
